Three steps and the club is in

Nothing to migrate, and nobody has to learn a new tool.

  1. Create the club

You add your teams and your age groups, from U8 to Senior, with touch and veterans if you have them.

  2. Share the code

Each team gets a six-character code. The player signs up with it and lands straight in their squad.

  3. Name the squad

You post the session or the match. The app sends the alert, collects the replies and tells you who still hasn't answered.

What it sorts out

The two things that eat up a coach's week, every week.

The team sheet stops being a poll

You post the event and the whole squad gets the alert. Each player answers In, Maybe or Out in two taps, and you see the count live without scrolling back through messages.

  • A nudge 24 hours before for anyone who hasn't replied
  • A reminder 3 hours before for everyone who's in
  • Training, matches and third halves in the same calendar
A match screen in Kanteo with the reply count and the list of players named in the matchday squad.

Matchday, with no paperwork

You build the starting XV by placing the shirt numbers on the pitch, log every try and every penalty as it happens, and the match report gets signed off by both coaches.

  • Starting XV from 1 to 15 and bench to 23
  • A scoreboard that updates itself with every play
  • An A4 match report with the licence numbers, ready to print

And everything else a club has to run

The whole season gets organised and measured from the same account.

The league, without copying results by hand

Standings with the World Rugby attacking and defensive bonus points, fixtures by round and results from the whole competition.

Competition standings in Kanteo with points, bonus points and points difference.

Ratings

A mark and a comment for each player and match, and you choose whether the coaching staff, the player or the whole squad sees it.

Training plan

You pick the fixed days and the date range, and the whole season's sessions are created in one go.

The numbers nobody had

Minutes, tries, points, cards and attendance percentage for every player, every team and the whole club.

Saying you're in isn't turning up

Almost every tool stops at the poll. Kanteo keeps what the player answered separate from what the coach recorded when taking attendance, and that's where the only number worth making decisions on comes from.

Included with the club

Every club, with its own site

Fixtures, results and standings on a page that Google indexes and that you can share with members and families. It publishes no personal data about players, and it stays switched off until the club decides to switch it on.

See a club site

Everyone sees their own side of it

One app, three different ways to use it.

Coach
You name the squad, build the starting XV, take attendance, log the plays and save a rating for every player.
Player
You see what's on this week, answer in two taps and keep your own minutes, tries and attendance.
Committee
The club in numbers: teams, registered players, attendance by month and where the season stands.

Questions

Do we have to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser and also as an app on iOS and Android. The player gets in with the six-character code their coach gives them and there's nothing else to set up.
Does it work for youth rugby?
Yes. A club runs all its age groups from the same account, from U8 to veterans, and touch too. Every team has its own squad, its own fixtures and its own coaching staff.
What about data on under-18s?
The club's public site publishes no personal data about players: only fixtures, results and standings. It also comes switched off, and it's the club itself that switches it on from its settings whenever it wants.
What languages is it in?
Spanish, Catalan, Basque, English, French and Italian. Each person picks their own from their account, without it affecting the rest of the team.
What if we keep our match reports on paper?
The digital match report fills itself in with the starting XV and the plays you've already logged during the match. When you close it both coaches sign, and it comes out in A4, ready to print or to save as a PDF from your browser, with the licence numbers.
How much does it cost?
We're opening registration to the first clubs. Write to hola@kanteo.es and we'll tell you how the pricing is shaping up before you decide.
