Three steps and the club is in

Nothing to migrate, and nobody has to learn a new tool.

  1. Create the club

    You add your teams and your age groups, from U8 to Senior, with touch and veterans if you have them.

  2. Share the code

    Each team gets a six-character code. The player signs up with it and lands straight in their squad.

  3. Name the squad

    You post the session or the match. The app sends the alert, collects the replies and tells you who still hasn't answered.

Kanteo reads your union's site and brings in the fixtures, the results and the standings for the whole competition, with World Rugby attacking and defensive bonus points already applied. It catches up over the weekend, while the games are being played, with nobody copying anything.

Questions

Do we have to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser and also as an app on iOS and Android. The player gets in with the six-character code their coach gives them and there's nothing else to set up.
Does it work for youth rugby?
Yes. A club runs all its age groups from the same account, from U8 to veterans, and touch too. Every team has its own squad, its own fixtures and its own coaching staff.
Where do the league results come from?
From your union's own site. If it publishes the fixture list openly, Kanteo reads it by itself and brings in the results and the standings for the whole competition: it looks every half hour through the weekend and again on Monday, which is when unions fix whatever got logged wrong. The Andalusian union is connected today and we are adding the rest. If yours is not there yet, you enter the result by hand and no later sync will overwrite it.
What about data on under-18s?
The club's public site publishes no personal data about players: only fixtures, results and standings. It also comes switched off, and it's the club itself that switches it on from its settings whenever it wants.
What languages is it in?
Spanish, Portuguese, Catalan, Basque, English, French and Italian. Each person picks their own from their account, without it affecting the rest of the team.
What if we keep our match reports on paper?
The digital match report fills itself in with the starting XV and the plays you've already logged during the match. When you close it both coaches sign, and it comes out in A4, ready to print or to save as a PDF from your browser, with the licence numbers.
How much does it cost?
There are two plans: one for a single team and one for the full club with every age group, yearly or month by month. A year is twelve months from the day you start, whether that's September or February. The figures are right above, under Pricing. No lock-in: one email and it's cancelled.
